It's an interesting time for us as we're entering an interregnum, the churchy term for being between vicars or, as in our case, associate priests. It's interesting because it makes for a greater variety in preaching and services than normal.
But it is also a bit unsettling so please bear with us or pray for us...................
Services around Easter and Whit may not follow the usual monthly pattern but we'll have a web poster up with details nearer the time.
Swainswick Sunday services
1st and 3rd Sunday 10.30 am Holy Communion
2nd and 4th Sunday 8 am Holy Communion Book of Common Prayer
10.30 am Morning Praise
5th Sunday No service at Swainswick as we all go to the Holy
Communion Service at Woolley, at 10.30
Woolley Sunday services
1st Sunday 3.15 pm Holy Communion
5th Sunday 10.30 am Holy Communion (jointly with Swainswick)
In both churches there are also additional services on Holy Days- please check with the priest.
Quiet time in the morning : Saturdays 9.00 am at Swainswick church
Services are also held at a local carehome, Larkhall Springs.
And there is a Home Group which meets in the parish with bible study as well as ecumenical Lent Groups.
